By creating a report, the app can be used to record incidents for the user’s own benefit and to seek direct advice or further help in identification from the PGRO.
Reports are stored on the user’s own device and emailed for their own record. They also are automatically emailed to the PGRO for logging and responses required by the user.
Data captured in the App is retained entirely at PGRO and is not shared with any other party. It is captured purely in aiding the response to requests for assistance and for anonymously logging the incidence of agronomy issues on a regional basis at PGRO.
