You can customize blocking schedules to activate on specific days or times. For instance, you can block social media apps during work hours, or ensure work-related apps are inaccessible while you're at home.
ADJUSTABLE DAILY USAGE LIMITS FOR APPS.
E.g. if you want to spend no more than 15 minutes a day on Instagram, set up an app limit on the 'Limits' page and watch your addiction disappear.
