# HOW TO USE SIMPLE TASKS APP:
## Adding Tasks
1. Open the app
2. Type your task in the text box at the top
3. Tap the blue plus (+) button or press return to add the task
## Managing Active Tasks
1. View all your active tasks in the "Active Tasks" section
2. To complete a task:
- Swipe left on any task
- Tap the green checkmark button
3. To delete a task:
- Swipe left on any task
- Tap the red delete button
4. To edit a task:
- Simply tap on any task
- Edit the text
- Tap "Done" to save changes
- Or tap "Cancel" to keep the original text
## Viewing Completed Tasks
- All completed tasks appear in the "Completed Tasks" section below
- Completed tasks show with a strikethrough
- To delete a completed task:
- Swipe left
- Tap the delete button
## Notifications
- The app will ask permission to send notifications when first opened
- If you have uncompleted tasks, you'll get a gentle reminder after 30 minutes
## Important Notes
- All your tasks are automatically saved
- Tasks remain in the app even after closing it
- No account needed - everything works right away
