Nun wurde BauDoc – Branchen üblich – komplett renoviert! Das neue BauDoc3 ist für Smartphones optimiert, moderner, schlanker und übersichtlicher – kurz: intuitiv und sofort nutzbar.
Cloud-Server und mobile Apps: BauDoc besteht aus der Cloud-Server-App, in Deutschland oder bei Ihnen gehostet, und verwaltet alle Projekte, Benutzer, Aktivitäten, Vorlagen, Reports und Berichte. Die mobile BauDoc-App läuft offline auf Telefonen/Tablets und liefert alle Infos auch hinter Stahlbeton.
Schlanke Datensynchronisation: Alle neuen bzw. mobil erfassten Daten seit dem letzten Abgleich werden per WLAN/Funk schlank und schnell zum Sever übertragen.
Digitale Baupläne und Verortungen: Auf 2D-Plänen/ Fotos werden Vorgänge markiert + eindeutig positioniert, mit Statusfarbe für den Bearbeitungsstand (Mangel, Freimeldung, Zurückweisung, Wartung, …). Digitale Dokumente werden auf alle Geräte synchronisiert – und die Zusammenarbeit deutlich verbessert.
Verortung in 2D, 3D-BIM Viewern, 3D-Punktwolken zur virtuellen Begehung: BauDoc verortet auch in 3D-BIM-Viewern, oder -brandneu- in 3D-Punktwolken (NavVis-Scans), die virtuell begehbar sind.
Planmanagement: Korrekte Dokumentation und Planmanagement sparen leicht über 100 Std./M. ein. BauDoc importiert neue Pläne und gleicht Maßstäbe ab, mit Zugriff auf alte Planversionen/ Arbeitsstände.
Integriertes Bautagebuch: Protokoll von Wetter, Anwesenheit, Behinderungen, Maschinen, Besonderheiten, usw., die Sie als elegante Dokumente ausgeben können.
Flexible Software: Wenn Parameter fehlen, können Sie neue generieren. Die Abnahme einer Sanierung gelingt dadurch ebenso die Inspektionen eines Fuhrparks.
Korrekte Berichte: BauDoc nutzt (änderbare) 4-stufige Textbausteine, damit alle Beteiligten eindeutige Beschreibungen per Klick nutzen können. Das erspart viel Zeit, Mißverständnisse und Streit.
Digitale Bauleitung und Nachrichtenaustausch: Durch editierbare Status, Prioritäten, Gewerke, Textbausteine, usw. entstehen Beschreibungen per Klicks – sprechen aber exakt Ihre Sprache. Im Team werden neue Status oder erledigte Arbeiten der Nachunternehmer (NU) freigemeldet, abgenommen oder begründet zurückgewiesen. Betroffene werden bei Verzügen/Störungen automatisch benachrichtigt.
Binden Sie NUs direkt in BauDoc ein - und behalten die Kontrolle! Mit dem NU-Modul nutzen Sie schon heute die Arbeitstechniken, die morgen vorgeschrieben sein werden.
Arbeitsaufwand und Fehlerrate durch fehlende/ mißverständliche Kommunikation sinken dramatisch, die Klarheit steigt. Eindeutig protokollierter Bauablauf hilft Streitfälle zu vermeiden/ zu gewinnen.
Neu: BIM-Produkt-Konfigurator: Der optionale ‚BIM-Konfigurator‘ verortet BIM-Daten direkt im Plan mit den geforderten Spezifikationen, z.B. Türen, Fenster, Elektro. Bei Installation und Abnahme sind die geforderten Produkte sichtbar, das Chaos nimmt ab.
