Tired of wasting endless hours on social media? booty lock helps you take back control of your screen time — while keeping your body active and healthy.

Here’s how it works: your selected apps are locked by default. To unlock them, you first need to complete a short squat challenge. Once you finish, you get a time-limited window (by default 30 minutes) to use your apps. When the window ends, the lock returns — and the only way forward is to squat again. Simple, effective, and good for both your mind and your body.
