Taskratch
If you enjoy the satisfaction of “skratching” off daily tasks on a paper notepad, this elegant app helps manage your tasks with ease. Easily order tasks, assign a timeframe, prioritize and highlight tasks, make them recurring, or delay them to tomorrow, but if you complete it: TASKRATCH—with seven simple functions that keep your tasks managed better than a paper note pad.

We’ve tried plenty of calendar and to-do apps and frankly, we are spending too much time serving the app rather than it serving us. Most apps are overly integrated across too many platforms and there’s too many settings and notifications. Taskratch was created by accredited investors for busy people with an investor mindset. A paper notepad can’t automatically move undone tasks to the next day, and it’s bulky to take with you. You’ll find some elegant interactive solutions in this app. We believe the more you use Taskratch, the more moments you’ll have for the people and passions that matter most.

How you can use taskratch:

• Create a new task using the + sign. Enter your task in the long text box.

• Next, in the short test box, and using any time format (e.g. 1-2pm, 1500-1530), enter the window of time you expect to work on your task.

• You can hold your finger on any task and drag it to re-order if you like.

• Refer to your taskratch app frequently throughout the day to accomplish your schedule, add more tasks, re-order them, push them off until tomorrow, or skratch them off your list!

• Click on your square taskratch box once to “skratch” out your task, twice to highlight it as an important task, thrice to skratch out a highlighted task and four times to return your task to a normal status.

• Any tasks you can’t get to today, will automatically forward to tomorrow waiting for you to arrange when you awake, or, click the forwarding arrow to manually move your task ahead one day.

• Here’s a clever tip: if you push a task to tomorrow and want to return it to today, simply touch the forwarding arrow for three seconds and it will send it backward one day.

• The date arrows will advance your days forward or backward so you can review or add daily tasks to a future date, or the past—if you like living in it!

• If you prefer a change, click on your profile pic to edit your photo or your preferences.

• Set your task to recur daily, or on specific days, weekly, monthly or annually, or switch all recurring functionality to “off” to make it a single task again. If a task is set to recur, the symbol is highlighted and the forwarding arrow is grayed out.

• Skratched out tasks are preserved forever on the day they were scratched out.
