What does The Zensory App do?
The Zensory app helps you to identify which sensory code cracks into your inner genius and inner peace. The app offers a variety of scientifically curated and produced sensory experiences to bring out the best in you so that you can live in control of your moods, focus and performance. The Zensory is currently working with mental health experts, top neuroscientists and universities such as UCL to ensure that the features being developed are backed by the latest and most sophisticated scientific research.

Touchpads - Our interactive touchpads enable you to turn your phone into a doodle pad so you can release your inner child and play! Research has shown that doodlers can outperform non-doodlers by having a creative outlet for their thoughts (Tadayon et al., 2016 - https://www.researchgate.net/publication/305424586_Doodling_Effects_on_Junior_High_School_Students'_Learning). So we have included doodle touchpads in the app to enable clear thinking and recalibration throughout the day.
Breathwork - Enjoy our expert led breathwork sessions to relax, reduce adrenaline and lower blood pressure proving to be phenomenal at helping you to get into your zone and then zone out.
Movements - Regular movement does not only have phenomenal impacts on your physical health but it also has powerful benefits for relieving stress, improving memory, helping you sleep better, and boosting your overall mood (Segal et al. 2021). We help you stay active between meetings, with at-your-desk stretches and exercises.
Pressure Points - We show you which points in your body you can activate if you’re wanting a boost of much needed focus, energy or relaxation. Acupressure acts as a bodywork technique based on the ideas of acupuncture and has been shown to increase energy, relaxation and stimulate greater focus.
