描述
Diese App dient zur Bearbeitung von Inventuren.
Für jede Inventur muss eine separate Inventur - Artikeldatei eingelesen werden.
Der Import und Export geschieht über das Mail - Programm.
Nach dem Import der Inventur - Datei werden die Daten des Inventurkopfes
(die Inventurbezeichnung und die Inventurnummer) als Listeneintrag dargestellt.
Nach dem Öffnen einer Liste sind die einzelnen Artikel mit der Artikelnummer,
dem Matchcode, der Istbestand, sowie der Zählbestand sichtbar.
Hier besteht die Möglichkeit eine Inventurzählliste auszudrucken.
Mit dem Schalter "Inv. Start" wird nun die Inventur eröffnet und es kann der Zählvorgang starten.
Zur besseren Unterstützung der Inventur können die Artikel per QR-Code eingelesen werden.
Wenn ein Artikel aufgerufen wird kann nun im blauen Feld die Zählmenge eingrtragen werden.
Zum Abschließen der Invetur wird der Schlater "Inv. Ende" benutzt. Nun können die Zähldaten
per Mail verschickt werden.
Dateiaufbau:
- Importdatei:
Die Importdatei ist eine CSV Datei mit dem Namen "Import.csv".
Als Felder werden die Artikelnummer, der Istbestand, der Preis, die Bezeichnung, der Lagerbestand, die Inventurbezeichnung und die Inventurnummer benötigt. Diese Felder sind mit einem Semikolon getrennt.
- Ausgabedateien:
Als Ausgabedatei wird ebenfalls eine CSV Datei exportiert. Der Dateiname ist "Inventur.csv". Hierbei werden Die Felder mit den Namen Artikelnummer, Istbestand, Inventurbezeichnung und die Inventurnummer exportiert.
In der gleichen Mail wird auch eine json - Datei mit dem Namen "Export.json" mit geliefert.
