Beskrivning
Mit der zeitbox-App können Sie sich mühelos ein- bzw. auschecken. Je nach Mitarbeiterberechtigung können getätigte Zeiterfassungen schnell korrigiert werden. Es stellt somit kein Problem dar, wenn man sich im Alltagsstress mal zu spät oder auch zu früh zur Pause an- bzw. abgemeldet hat oder auf dem Heimweg feststellt, dass man sich gänzlich vergessen hat auszuchecken.
Damit jederzeit nachvollziehbar dokumentiert ist: -Wer- hat -was-wann- korrigiert, sind folgende Kontrollmechanismen in zeitbox integriert. Dadurch wird der Alltag nicht beeinträchtigt, dem Gesetz jedoch genüge getan.
• Alle Arbeitszeiten werden in Echtzeit erfasst.
• Arbeitszeitdaten werden in einer zentralen Datenbank gesichert und
vor Zugriff Unbefugter geschützt.
• Bei Änderung eingegebener Arbeitszeitdaten wird automatisch ein sichtbares und vollständiges Änderungsprotokoll erstellt.
• Ein umfangreiches Berechtigungskonzept regelt welcher Mitarbeiter die Mitarbeiterstammdaten und die zugehörigen Arbeitszeitdaten bearbeiten darf.
