描述
Das Baustelleninformationssystem (BIS) ist eine App für Smartphones, die ab sofort und gratis Tiefbaustellen auf Berliner Straßen und Plätzen erklärt.
Entwickelt wurde das BIS von der infrest – Infrastruktur eStrasse GmbH im Auftrag folgender Berliner Infrastrukturbetreiber:
Alliander Stadtlicht GmbH
Berliner Wasserbetriebe
NBB Netzgesellschaft Berlin-Brandenburg mbH & Co. KG
Stromnetz Berlin GmbH
Vattenfall Wärme Berlin AG
Baustellen zeugen davon, dass die Infrastruktur gepflegt, saniert, erneuert oder ausgebaut wird. Gleichzeitig ist die Koordination von Baustellen im öffentlichen Raum mit einem stark beanspruchten Verkehrsnetz hoch komplex und erfordert ein übergreifendes Management.
Die App erklärt mobil, ad-hoc und kostenfrei Tiefbaustellen in Berlin. Dabei werden die Baustellen der fünf beteiligten Unternehmen mit erweiterten Informationen dargestellt.
Nutzer müssen dafür lediglich die App herunterladen und an der jeweiligen Baustelle eine DIN-genormte Baustellenbake scannen. Mittels Standortbestimmung per GPS und den Baustellendaten aus dem Baustellenatlas der infrest ermittelt das BIS die jeweilige Baustelle. Informiert werden die Nutzer über die Bezeichnung – wie z. B. Reparaturarbeiten am Wassernetz – und das geplante Bau-Ende. Bei den fünf genannten Infrastrukturbetreibern wird zudem die Sparte – beispielsweise Wasser/Abwasser – und der Auftraggeber der Baustelle angezeigt. Wo eine Baustelle erkannt wird, bietet die App die Möglichkeit, einen der o.g. an den Arbeiten beteiligten Infrastrukturbetreiber zu kontaktieren und Hinweise und Fragen zu übermitteln.
