Foraged
Learn to find wild, edible mushrooms throughout the year in Western Europe. Access at least five mushrooms every month via the Foraged App.

Meet your guide, Edwin Florès, Dutch, culinary forager:
“Which mushrooms am I looking for? Where can I find them? How can I identify what I have foraged? In the forest, we will not stop at every mushroom and ask: “What is this?” We will know in advance which mushrooms we are looking for. I'm going to teach you how to safely forage culinary mushrooms in every season."
