描述
Una grande quantità di traducenti e una articolata rete di esempi aiutano a circostanziare usi e significati dei lemmi registrati. Numerose voci di rimando ("lemmi-aiuto"), l'evidenziazione di costrutti e reggenze, la chiara collocazione delle forme verbali paradigmatiche e delle segnalazioni di varianti e particolarità morfologiche, consentono un facile reperimento delle informazioni.
L'applicazione contiene la sezione unica Greco-Italiano del vocabolario ricercabile per lemmi, etimologia e in tutto il testo. Inoltre, sono consultabili le diverse parti accessorie dell'opera, quali l'elenco degli autori e opere, delle raccolte di testi antichi, dei papiri e delle iscrizioni. L'Indice contiene anche i link alle tavole testuali e illustrate che corredano l’opera (in formato PDF).
La versione dell'applicativo scaricabile gratuitamente dallo store è in modalità di prova e permette la consultazione dei soli vocaboli della lettera "A" (alfa), a titolo dimostrativo. È possibile sbloccare tutti i contenuti del dizionario acquistando una licenza direttamente dall'app o acquistando una copia a stampa del vocabolario GI.
Una volta scaricato il dizionario, le voci sono consultabili senza necessità di una connessione internet.
