描述
Holbergordbog er en historisk ordbog der dækker Ludvig Holbergs værker og dermed en væsentlig del af oplysningstidens danske sprog.
Ordbogen indeholder 35.000 opslagsord og og rummer dermed næsten alle ord fra Ludvig Holbergs kendte komedier og øvrige mangfoldige forfatterskab. Ordbogen er således en uvurderlig hjælp til læsning af forfatterens værker. Samtidig beskriver ordbogen det danske sprog i oplysningstiden, hvor samfundet og verdensopfattelsen ændrede sig markant.
De fleste ord og betydninger er illustreret med udførlige betydningsangivelser og citater fra Holbergs værker.
Holbergordbog er en del af ordnet.dk og udgives af Det Danske Sprog- og Litteraturselskab (DSL), som har mere end 100 års erfaring med at udgive ordbøger og står bag de største danske modersmålsordbøger. Projektet er støttet af Carlsbergfondet.
Ordbogen udgives desuden i forbindelse med projektet Ludvig Holbergs Skrifter, der er et samarbejde mellem Universitetet i Bergen og Det Danske Sprog- og Litteraturselskab. Projektets hjemmesider: holbergsskrifter.dk – holbergsskrifter.no.
Appen kræver adgang til internettet. På den måde er du sikker på altid at have adgang til den nyeste version af ordbogen efterhånden som vi forbedrer den uden at skulle opdatere appen. Og det hele er ganske gratis. God fornøjelse!
