描述
Confession can be intimidating: Confessing your sins to priests is hard and nerve-racking, which is why iConfess walks you through how to make a good confession. Part of this includes completing an examination of conscience, so that you can include all the sins since your last confession.
Confession can be hard to find: Often times, we aren't familiar with the confessions times at the churches near us. iConfess allows you to easily find churches near your location, and shows you the relevant confession or mass times, according to your preferences.
Confession can be difficult to do regularly: Sometimes we can go months or years without confession because we simply never get around to it. iConfess provides the ability to set reminders to create a variety of spiritual habits, including going to confession regularly.
The goal of all of these features is to enable every Catholic to dive deeper into the sacrament of Confession, so that they can receive forgiveness and continue on their path to sainthood. - Apologies, it’s been a little while since the last update, but this release includes several important bug fixes and improvements to keep iConfess running smoothly.
Bug Fixes:
- Fixed an issue where the Examination of Conscience would get stuck. Now you should be able to use the bottom buttons and swipe left/right to navigate through the questions.
- Fixed an error in which the \"Prayer Inspiration with AI\" didn't work. Updated the instructions to clarify that this feature is a lighthearted, creative tool meant for fun, not a substitute for personal prayer.
- Fixed the chat with support to work better on the admin end. If you have sent a chat, I will be able to reply soon. As always, please let me know if there's any features you would like/any bugs that need to be squashed. Work has also (finally) started on an Android/Web version.
