Take or upload a photo and get an instant ID with safety-first guidance. Whether you’re hiking, studying mycology, or just curious, FungisID helps you recognize mushrooms, spot look-alikes, and understand habitat and seasonality.

Powered by advanced AI trained on fungal traits, FungisID goes beyond a simple guess to provide practical, cautious advice.

How it works
• Take or upload a photo of a mushroom
• FungisID suggests the most likely species with a confidence score
• See key traits that led to the ID and top look-alikes
• Get safety notes and what extra photos would confirm the result

What you get
• Instant ID with confidence level – Common names and likely scientific match, plus distinguishing features
• Safety-first verdict – Educational edibility status (Edible / Edible with caution / Inedible / Toxic / Deadly) and why; clear “do not consume if uncertain” guidance
