描述
Mit CloudTK kann der User aus dem iPhone heraus mit seiner Büro-Festnetznummer und -Nebenstelle mobil telefonieren. Dabei kann er wählen, ob er das abgehende Gespräch über das GSM Mobilfunknetz oder über die zentrale Telefonanlage in der Cloud führen will. Im letzteren Falle wird beim Gesprächspartner die Büro-Festnetznummer angezeigt. So bekommt das iPhone quasi eine „Mobile Festnetznummer“.
Die Benutzerführung lehnt sich an die iPhone-Telefonie an: So spürt der iPhone-Anwender bei der Cloud Telefonie fast keinen Unterschied zur Mobilfunk Telefonie. Trotzdem kann er auf dem iPhone dank CloudTK jetzt auch die firmenweiten Telefonbücher der zentralen Telefonanlage in Echtzeit durchsuchen, den zentralen Anrufbeantworter der Cloud-Telefonanlage am iPhone abhören, sowie sich alle via Cloud-Telefonanlage geführten und verpassten Telefonate auf dem iPhone anzeigen lassen.
Aber Sie können noch mehr:
- Sie sehen den Status Ihrer Mitarbeiter, als würden Sie an Ihrem Arbeitsplatz sitzen. Dabei wird angezeigt, ob Ihr Mitarbeiter frei ist oder gerade telefoniert.
- Aber auch weitere Statusmeldungen werden ausgegeben, also ob Ihre Kollegen am Arbeitsplatz, im Meeting oder außer Haus sind.
- CloudTK zeigt Ihnen die verpassten Anrufe auf Ihrer Nebenstelle an.
- Sie sehen Ihre Nachrichten Ihres Anrufbeantworters und können diese direkt abhören.
- CloudTK zeigt die Telefonbücher des iPhones und die der Telefonanlage gleichzeitig an.
Für die Nutzung von CloudTK benötigen Sie einen Account bei CloudTK.
