描述
Cette application est le complément idéal pour unifier vos communications sur votre solution de centrale téléphonique dans le cloud CrossPBX CHEAP.
Avec l’App CrossPBX l'utilisateur peut faire des appels mobiles depuis son smartphone avec son numéro de téléphone fixe et son extension. Il peut choisir s'il souhaite passer l'appel sortant via un réseau mobile (3G min.) ou via un appel Wi‐Fi via la solution CrossPBX CHEAP dans le cloud. Dans ce dernier cas, le numéro de téléphone fixe du bureau est affiché au correspondant. Donc, le smartphone obtient un "numéro de téléphone fixe".
Utilisez votre smartphone à la place d’un combiné DECT :
L’utilisateur du smartphone ne ressent pratiquement aucune différence avec le un poste DECT. Néanmoins, grâce à l’App CrosspBX, il peut désormais également consulter en temps réel les répertoires téléphoniques de sa centrale téléphonique CrossPBX CHEAP pour l'ensemble de la société, écouter sa boîte vocale sur sa centrale téléphonique CrossPBX CHEAP depuis son smartphone et afficher tous les appels passés et manqués via sa centrale téléphonique CrossPBX CHEAP depuis son smartphone.
Mais vous pouvez faire plus! Ainsi, le statut en ligne des collègues est visible, qu'il soient au téléphone ou disponibles, et les déviations d’appels peuvent également être configurées via l’App CrossPBX.
Nécessite la souscription à une solution de centrale téléphonique dans le cloud CrossPBX CHEAP (www.crosspbx.lu). Selon type d’abonnement mobile, votre opérateur peut vous facturer le trafic lors de l’utilisation en 3G ou supérieur.
