Description
まずは、社員個々人がアプリ内で本人顔写真や自己紹介文を登録します。次に、本人の好みや興味、部署名などをアプリ内でタグを作成していくことで、他者から見て自分自身を詳しく説明するためのプロフィールが完成します。
他者のプロフィールを閲覧することで、他者のことをより良く理解できるようになり、相手にコンタクトを取りたいと思えば、「いいね」を送ることができます。相手も「いいね」を返してくるとマッチングが成立し、ダイレクトでコミュニケーションを図ることができるようになります。また、アプリ登録者が増えていくことに従い、自分と趣味や興味関心が似ている人をアプリが自動的にレコメンドしてくれるようになり、人を探す時間を短縮することができるようになります。社内で今まで出会ったことがない人であっても、自動でレコメンドしてくれることでお互いの共通項を見つけることができ、人脈を広げるきっかけを与えてくれます。
なお、自動レコメンドだけでなく、検索機能を利用して、気になるワードを入力することでそのワードにヒットする人がいないかを探すことも可能です。
次に、社員が自由にイベントを立ち上げることができる機能があります。イベントの内容・目的は自由です。趣味の仲間を広げたい、パーティーを開きたい、仕事に役立つ知識を吸収したい等、様々な目的に応じてイベントを立ち上げ、参加者を募ることができます。そして、イベント会場で参加者同士が自身のＱＲコードを読み込み合うことで、アプリ内の仲間リストに登録され、社内で交流を持ったことがある人数をカウントし、増やしていくことができます。
なお、イベントについても自分の趣味や関心に近いイベントをレコメンドしてくれる機能があるため、スムーズにイベントを探すことができます。また、イベントに参加する回数が増えれば増えるほど、レコメンドに必要な情報がリッチになり、社員同士のより良いマッチングに役立ちます。
次の機能としては、自分が起点となり、アプリ内で知らない者同士を引き合わすことができます。他者同士の人間関係作りを自ら積極的にサポートすることで、社内の交流のネットワークを広げることに貢献することができます。
