Die Fürst Donnersmarck-Stiftung ist eine Berliner Stiftung für Menschen mit Behinderung. Sie betreibt in Berlin-Frohnau das hochmoderne P.A.N. Zentrum für Post-Akute Neurorehabilitation und in Berlin-Zehlendorf die Villa Donnersmarck als inklusivem Treffpunkt für Menschen mit und ohne Behinderung. In ganz Berlin verteilt bietet sie zahlreiche ambulante Wohnangebote für Menschen mit Behinderung an. Nicht zuletzt gehören mit dem Seehotel Rheinsberg und dem Heidehotel Bad Bevensen zwei vollständig barrierefreie Hotels zur Stiftung. Die Fürst Donnersmarck-Stiftung versteht sich als Partnerin und Motor im Prozess zu mehr Inklusion und Selbstbestimmung von Menschen mit Behinderung.
