It is here that you can chat privately with fellow verified neighbours or via local neighbourhood groups. These groups include your greater neighbourhood group or watch group. While the main focus has been on security, Neighbourly also fosters a sense of community through the various other groups such as pets groups, mums and nannies groups, running groups etc.
With Neighbourly you’ll know what is happening in your neighbourhood, in real-time.
The platform for your neighbourhood is also backed by Neighbourly admins and volunteer moderators who operate around the clock, ready to step in where need be, welcome new neighbours, moderate content and so forth.
Key Features:
● Private Messaging: message immediate verified neighbours.
● Group Messaging: message your street, greater neighbourhood and watch groups. Other groups include Moms and Nannies, Runners groups etc.
● Verified Neighbours: All members are verified before they can gain access to Neighbourly.
● Encrypted Messages: All messages and data is secured and encrypted.
● Local News: Follow the District News channels for the latest happenings and alerts in your part of the city.
● First Responders: security, police, and emergency medical services are connected to the Neighbourly service, ready to give advice and inform the neighbours of local trends.
● Local Businesses: Follow your favourite local or national businesses under the Businesses tab.
● Business Listings: browse local listings or submit your own.
● Blogs: Beautifully curated posts by professionals and experts in your area.
● Create your own business page: promote your business to customers close to your establishment, allow them
to make bookings, check in or enquire regarding your product or service offering.
● Create Events: Set up a block party, street party, Town Hall or local market.
