แอปพลิเคชัน OAG-Tracking มีความสามารถในการให้บริการ ดังต่อไปนี้
1. สามารถติดตามความคืบหน้าของคดี ที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องได้
2.ระบบมีขั้นตอนการยื่นคำร้องออนไลน์ที่จะสะดวก การกรอกแบบฟอร์มคำร้อง การตรวจสอบสถานะคำร้อง และแจ้งผลคำร้อง
3. สามารถทราบเวลา สถานที่การนัดหมายต่างๆในคดีได้
4. ให้บริการข่าวประชาสัมพันธ์และกิจกรรมของสำนักงานอัยการสูงสุด เพื่อให้ประชาชนเข้าใจถึงบทบาทหน้าที่ และการทำงานหลักของสำนักงานอัยการสูงสุด
5. สามารถประเมินคุณภาพของการให้บริการ ประเมินความพึงพอใจต่อการให้บริการของสำนักงานอัยการสูงสุดและประเมินประสิทธิภาพ
แอปพลิเคชันจะมีระบบลงทะเบียนสำหรับให้ผู้ประสงค์ขอใช้งานใหม่กรอกข้อมูลตามที่กำหนด เช่น เลขประจำตัวประชาชน และมีการยืนยันตัวตนผ่านรหัส OTP จากนั้นจะได้รับการแจ้งเตือนผ่าน Push Notification ให้ไปยืนยันตนด้วยตัวเอง ณ สำนักงานอัยการทั่วประเทศภายในเวลาที่กำหนดอีกครั้ง
