BJJ Flashcards offer two complementary learning modes. In "Mental Practice" mode, you challenge yourself to create a detailed mental image of how a technique is performed, allowing you to reinforce the details of each technique, anywhere you have time to look at your phone. In "Physical Practice" mode, you work with a partner on the mat, deliberately practicing your techniques to make them faster and smoother. Mental Practice mode preloads techniques into your brain, allowing you to make the most of Physical Practice on the mat, while Physical Practice mode reveals the details that make a technique work, enhancing your mental practice. Each mode reinforces the other.
