    29.1.2023 neprofesionální jednání na letišti v Praze při odletu EZS1218 ve 12.30.h.Zavazadla která rozměrově odpovídala,nám byla odstavena na stranu,aniž by nám je zaměstnankyně umožnila změřit a zaplatili jsme 48euro.Pláč paní ,která se stejnym kufrem přiletěla v pátek bez platby a v neděli už musela zaplatit,4 muži z jedné firmy,dva prošli a dva platili,nevadi zkažená neděle,plačící cestující,ale bez oslovení,paní,pane,"vem je na stranu a nezdržuj",neslušné mladé slečny.Obrovske batohy na zádech mladých lidí přečuhujících přes hlavu nevadily.Létáne s vámi spustu let,ale toto byl opravdu nehezký zážitek,mladá pani se na palubě psychicky sesypala.Snad příště bude vše ok.
