RoadsideMASTERS.com App is a modern fully featured Roadside Service tool with the user’s membership profile built in to make it convenient for Truckers and Commercial Drivers to view/edit their membership, and with a few clicks request Heavy-duty Emergency Roadside Assistance anywhere in the USA, and Canada, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Key Features:
▪ Powerful and reliable - Immediate access to Roadside Benefits covered under your membership registration; truck and trailer towing, assistance for a mechanical issue, dead battery, flat tire, out of fuel, mobile repair, and much more.
▪ Real time - Our more accurate GPS locator technology is able to locate you quickly so that we can dispatch a vendor immediately to your location. With an average estimated time of arrival (ETA) of about 40 minutes to an hour, you can now track how soon the vendor will reach you from the moment it is dispatched.
▪ Transparency - Roadside Service vendor information and overages (if any) are shared on the app screen with the ETA, so you know what to expect.
▪ Anywhere and anytime - Our vendor network of 40K plus will get you back on the road anywhere in the USA and Canada 24/7/365.
▪ Flexible - If you membership is not yet active or has expired you can still use the app to Request Roadside Service. Renew your Membership or Update you membership profile any time on the app.
▪ Affordable - Not yet a member? You can sign up for annual Emergency Roadside Assistance Membership for your truck, bus, van, limo or our stand-alone trailer tire program directly on the app.
RoadsideMASTERS.com App is FREE to use for all active RoadsideMASTERS.com and its Affiliate Members through their Vehicle’s Emergency Roadside Service Membership registration. With a simple intuitive interface we take care of our members; help them manage their membership profile and request Emergency Roadside Assistance on the go.
Terms Of Use:
- Roadside Services to vehicles outside of active membership period are subject to fees (considered a “cash call”).
- Only one Roadside Service Request allowed on the app every 24 hrs.
- Emergency Roadside Assistance Benefits are subject to limitations. See your Membership Handbook for details.
- Internet, GPS locator and Notifications have to be turned on for services to function on the app.
