Urban Connect provides companies and their employees with the premier mobility platform that integrates all modes of transport for personal, business, and commuting needs.
Offering physical and digital elements in a comprehensive mobility budget, we help companies efficiently allocate resources to save costs, reduce emissions, and deliver a seamless user experience.
Getting Started:
• Download the app and enter your company email.
• Residential Fleet Users: Speak to your facility manager or contact support.
• Add a payment method.
• Choose your preferred mode of transport and you're good to go.
• Need assistance? Our dedicated 24/7 customer support is here for you.

What You Can Do With UC:
• Select your eco-friendly ride, from E-Bikes and Cargo Bikes to Scooters, E-Cars, or public transport (powered by SBB).
• Reserve a vehicle for when you need it.
• Use the fleet for anything from lunch errands and weekend outings to meetings and client visits.
• When enabled use your company's Mobility Budget as a payment method for your travel.
More about our fleets:
• Tailored Pricing: Benefit from unbeatable pricing on private rides and high-quality E-Cars, subsidised by your company. If "Business Rides" are enabled, the expense is billed directly to your company.
• Location at Company Offices: Select your location to find available vehicles for reservation.
• Lock and Unlock - No Key Required: Open and close your vehicle directly through the app, pulling down the lock handle if using an E-Bike
• Bluetooth: The app connects to the smart lock via Bluetooth technology. Ensure both Bluetooth and the internet are enabled when using the app.

• Fleet Check Services: Utilising IoT technology, we can help you optimise your fleet size for your specific needs.
• Self-service Portal: Manage Mobility Budget schedules and user groups autonomously.
• Insurance Solutions: We handle all insurance matters for our fleet cars.
• Regular & Emergency Maintenance: Our nationwide team and partners ensure our fleet is well-maintained and roadworthy.
• Usage & Data Dashboard: We offer a data dashboard that supplies useful fleet usage metrics while maintaining individual user privacy.
