Whether you struggle with bad estimation, time blindness, or just want to improve how you plan your day, Time Blindness helps you:
- Build better estimation skills
- Arrive to that meeting on time
- Reduce anger and frustration with deadlines
- Strengthen focus and task flow
- Turn time into something you don't need to worry about
The goal? Stay above a B and keep your score under 10 for each task. Estimations can be both under and over your guess.
Developed especially for ADHD/AuDHD individuals but designed for anyone who wants their day to work smarter without the stress.
