Time Blindness is your personal timer coach for improving task estimation, staying focused and building momentum. Using simple, research-backed strategies inspired by Action and Exposure Therapy each task challenge wires up the brain to see time differently.
Whether you struggle with bad estimation, time blindness, or just want to improve how you plan your day, Time Blindness helps you:
- Build better estimation skills
- Arrive to that meeting on time
- Reduce anger and frustration with deadlines
- Strengthen focus and task flow
- Turn time into something you don't need to worry about
The goal? Stay above a B and keep your score under 10 for each task. Estimations can be both under and over your guess.
