The application is currently available only in Estonian.
Rakenduse „Anna teada“ abil saad teavitada Eesti kohalikku omavalitsust või Maanteeametit heakorraprobleemist, näiteks prügihunnik metsa all, lahtine kaev, tänavavalgustuse lamp ei põle vms.
Sa saad märkida kaardil probleemse koha ja kirjutada lühikese selgituse. Kõige parem on, kui sa teed probleemsest kohast foto ja lisad selle teatele. Kindlasti sisesta oma kontaktandmed (sinu nimi, e-posti aadress ja telefon), siis saab omavalitsus vajadusel sinult täpsustusi küsida või tagasisidet anda. Kui oled sisestanud kontaktandmete reale oma e-posti aadressi, siis saadetakse teate koopia ka sinu e-postile.
Murekoha märgistamiseks leia kaardil vajalik paik ja puuduta selles punktis kaarti.
Rakendus edastab sinu teate automaatselt õigele kohalikule omavalitsusele või Maanteeametile. Teadet käsitletakse kui vihjet ja üldjuhul tagasisidet ei anta.
Rakendus võimaldab vaadata nii sinu kui teiste teateid heakorraprobleemidest, mis on viimase paarikümne päeva jooksul edastatud. Roheline marker kaardil tähendab, et ametiasutus on probleemi teadmiseks võtnud või töökavva lisanud või probleemi lahendanud. Punane marker tähendab, et probleem on käsitlemata.
