Band Connect
The Band Connect app is offered exclusively to patients and clinicians enrolled in the Band Connect platform, currently limited for use only in the United States.

Band Connect provides a connected health platform enabling PT clinicians to virtually recreate the in-clinic experience for their patients at home, increasing therapy adherence and unlocking clinical and economic benefits for both patient and clinic. We do this by leveraging our patented connected exercise equipment to create a gamified experience personalized by their clinician.

Band Connect's mission is to transform the PT Rehab experience for both clinicians and patients by providing an evidence-based clinically proven platform delivering improved clinical and economic outcomes. The platform is designed and tested by a team of surgeons and PTs across several nationally recognized healthcare institutions. The resulting evidence from multiple IRB approved pilots and trials is setting the foundation for new hybrid therapy model for orthopedic rehab.

• Personalized therapy model for each patient evolving with their recovery trajectory
• Proprietary and patented technology leveraging proven rehab techniques without the use of cameras or on-body sensors
• Virtualized rehab specialist in their home setting with instructions and guidance based on their in-clinic experience
• Objective progress measures tracked in both in-clinic and at-home settings
• Advanced clinician-patient engagement and therapeutic alliance

This app does not provide any medical diagnoses or treatment advice, users can only gain access to the platform through a registered clinician who has enrolled in the Band Connect Platform. Please contact your clinician if any questions regarding your health arise.

The Band Connect platform is registered with the FDA as a Class II 510(k) Exempt non-significant risk device.
