Açıklama
Si tu municipio, departamento o provincia se encuentra adherido a la Red Basapp, podrás ingresar a la aplicación e informar el problema que estás sufriendo. Ya sea que se trate de una situación de robo, violencia de género, una emergencia de salud o un incendio, podrás presionar un botón para informar a las autoridades que pueden ayudarte.
Cuando emitas una alerta, además de tus datos de contacto incluiremos la ubicación brindada por el GPS de tu teléfono móvil para que las autoridades puedan asistirte.
En caso que la localización entregada por el GPS de tu dispositivo móvil no sea precisa, podrás ajustarla manualmente apoyando tu dedo en el mapa y deslizando el marcador al lugar que te parezca más adecuado. Si quieres reportar la alerta en la ubicación de tu casa o tu trabajo también puedes hacerlo.
Recuerda que en caso de emergencia siempre es recomendable llamar al número de emergencias oficial del país en el que resides (ejemplo: 911). Nuestro servicio es complementario y de ningún modo suplanta ni reemplaza al número de emergencias oficial. En caso de que no puedas comunicarte al número oficial, nuestro servicio es una vía alternativa de contacto con las autoridades que también puede serte útil.
Si tu municipio, departamento, provincia o país no está adherido a la Red Basapp y/o no ha verificado tus datos personales para habilitar tu usuario, lamentablemente no podrás emitir alertas.
El funcionamiento de nuestro servicio está sujeto a la disponibilidad de señal de tu dispositivo móvil, de su conexión a internet y del estado general de tu equipo. A su vez, si bien el funcionamiento de la localización es habitualmente muy bueno, hay condiciones y factores externos a nosotros (ejemplo: climáticos) que pueden afectar la exactitud de tu ubicación.
