L’app Best in Class è stata progettata per aiutare le persone che lavorano con Open Fiber a comprendere meglio il valore del Safe Job e conoscere tutti gli aspetti che intercorrono in materia di Salute e Sicurezza, per acquisire maggiore consapevolezza sulle tematiche HSE.
Perché quest’app
Open Fiber sta realizzando la più grande rete in fibra ottica in Italia, garantendo la copertura non solo nelle grandi città ma anche nei piccoli centri, ponendosi come sfida il superamento del digital divide.
In questo processo Open Fiber si impegna a proteggere le persone e i luoghi di lavoro e ad aiutare tutti a condurre una vita più sicura e più sana.
L’obiettivo è incentivare un comportamento attento e proattivo nei confronti della Sicurezza da parte delle persone che lavorano con Open Fiber.
Servizi inclusi
Attraverso l’app Best in Class è possibile:
- Segnalare i near miss e inserire tutte le informazioni utili a prevenire futuri incidenti (descrizione del mancato incidente, data e luogo dell’evento, foto allegate).
- Compilare un questionario di valutazione sulle tematiche HSE per accrescere la conoscenza sulle tematiche della Sicurezza e incentivare il miglioramento continuo delle persone e delle aziende che collaborano con Open Fiber
Alla fine del processo di raccolta dei questionari, Open Fiber analizzerà i risultati e promuoverà un sistema premiante in ambito HSE, per migliorare la Sicurezza sui luoghi di lavoro e aumentare la consapevolezza delle persone sul ruolo attivo e la responsabilità di ognuno.
