描述
Az alkalmazás használata egyszerű, néhány lépés alatt be lehet jelenteni a közterületen található úthibákat, hulladékkal vagy esetleg rovarokkal kártevőkkel kapcsolatos panaszokat. Az Önkormányzat az alkalmazáson keresztül folyamatosan visszajelzést ad a bejelentőknek, így a bejelentés teljes életciklusa végigkísérhető.
A bejelenthető hibák köre:
• Csatorna, vízelvezető probléma
• Üzemképtelen jármű
• Hulladék probléma
• Közvilágítás
• Parlagfű, egyéb gyomok
• Rongált eszköz közterületen
• Rongált jelzőtábla
• Sérült járda
• Úthiba
• Közterületi fák, bokrok
• Rovarok, kártevők
• Elhullott állatok
Új bejelentés rögzítése esetén egy előre megadott listából kiválasztható a probléma kategóriája, majd ezek után meg kell adni a probléma helyét. Erre két lehetőség van: az egyik, hogy az eszköz helyzetét saját maga meghatározza („jelenlegi pozícióm” gomb) vagy a térképen az adott pontra bökve elhelyezhető a jelölő. A Hivatal munkájának segítése érdekében lehetőség van képek csatolására is.
Az alkalmazásban lehetőség van regisztrációra, a használata azonban nem regisztrációhoz kötött. Az információk menüpontban megtalálható az alkalmazáshoz kapcsolódó adatkezelési tájékoztató.
A Budapest XV alkalmazáson keresztül bejelentett panaszok esetében az Önkormányzat illetékességi körébe nem esőket továbbítja az adott területért felelős szerveknek.
Az alkalmazáson keresztül érkezett bejelentések elintézésének határideje -a papír alapon beérkező bejelentésekkel egyformán- 30 nap.
Az alkalmazás használatához működő internetkapcsolat szükséges.
