5. Fixed an issue where scan count did not display if there was no target number to reach
6. Fixed an issue where devices with limited users could not pull asset ranges and therefore had no client side validation of asset numbers
7. Fixed an issue where first time users would not always pull down their location data, requiring manual intervention
