描述
Aufwände und Pausen sind Projekt- und Aufgaben-orientiert als Positionen erfasst.
Grundsätzlich arbeitet die App offline, was besonders unterwegs oder auf Baustellen aufgrund fehlendem WLAN einen Vorteil bietet.
Der Datenaustausch folgt über manuell durchgeführte Synchronisationen und beim Hochladen neuer Positionen. Hochgeladene Positionen lassen sich rückwirkend Anpassen, solange sie den Status 'Anstehend' aufweisen und eine Internetverbindung besteht.
Stunden-Positionen (Arbeitszeit) beinhalten dabei, wenn nicht anders Konfiguriert, immer eine Start- und Endzeit.
Eine Zeituhr ermöglicht über Start-, Stopp- und Pause-Schaltfläche ein zeitnahes Erfassen, ein schnelles Umschalten auf Pause und zurück auf Arbeitszeit.
Ebenso können Spesen, eingesetzte Maschinen und verwendetes Material als Aufwand eingetragen werden.
Benutzer sehen über ihren persönlichen Einsatzwochenplan laufende Projekte und dessen Aufgaben.
Nicht zugewiesene, offene Projekte lassen sich jederzeit bei Bedarf manuell herunterladen.
