For most conversions, you can directly select in fractions as a value, such as “1/2”, “3/4”, “1/8”.

Volume Converter:
Convert between units of teaspoons, tablespoons, cups, pints, quarts, gallons, fluid ounces, millilitres, litres, drops, centilitre, quarts, jiggers gill, dash, pinch. You can also convert between US and UK (imperial) units.
This conversion will convert volume units to denominations of common measuring cups and spoons.
Weight Converter:
Convert between units of grams, kilograms, ounces, pounds, teaspoon, tablespoon, cup, smidgen, pinch, decigrams, centigrams. You can even convert to "Pounds and Ounces".
The dry/weight conversion depends on the ingredient. Convert between different units of weight and volume for cooking ingredients.
Ingredients:
Convert by ingredient between common volume and weight units for more than 250 ingredients!
It comes with a database of common ingredients based on weight figures from the USDA (US Department of Agriculture).
The preset ingredient list is based on USDA (US Department of Agriculture) figures and are approximate values. They may differ from the ingredients you use. For precise calculations we recommend entering the weights for your ingredients and, whenever possible using a scale.
Temperatures:
Convert between units of Fahrenheit, and Celsius.
SCALE YOUR RECIPES
New recipe scaling feature allows you to easily scale your recipes up or down without doing math!
Our free Conversion Calculator allows you to scale your recipes: e.g. your recipe is for 2 persons but you want to scale it up to 4. Use the Recipe Servings: 2 persons -> Scale to: 4 persons. Easy as that!
