Copabo Parents, es una plataforma novedosa enfocada a los centros escolares para complementar la seguridad en las rutas de transporte, facilitando información en tiempo real de la ruta para el responsable del servicio y así estar informado de incidencias, retrasos, finalización de ruta, etc. Así como recibir alarmas y eventos programados.
Ofrece un revolucionario y eficaz servicio de comunicación a los padres con aviso del tiempo de llegada a la parada a través de correo electrónico así como posibles retrasos de la ruta, evitando esperas innecesarias en las paradas, ya que recibirán una alerta cuando falten 5 minutos para la recogida o llegada a la parada; así como información, para su tranquilidad, de cuando el bus ha iniciado la ruta de regreso o la llegada al colegio, y nos permite hacer un seguimiento en tiempo real de la ruta.
