Designed for the line
- Count directly on the line with big, easy-to-tap buttons.
- Built-in timer with custom run lengths (e.g. 3, 5 or 10 minutes).
- Works offline – no Wi-Fi needed on the factory floor.
Flexible counting modes
- Line speed mode – enter birds per hour and sample time to calculate expected products, performance and yield.
- Items mode – set a fixed target (e.g. number of products) and compare against actual counted items.
Recipes for your machines
- Create “recipes” for each machine or product type.
- Pre-define the labels you want to count (e.g. mis-cuts, trim loss, defects).
- Re-use the same setup every shift for consistent data.
History & reports
- Every completed run is saved in History.
- Filter by customer / flock / product.
- Generate clean PDF performance reports to share with managers or customers.
- Export timing-study style reports for process-time checks.
Camera line speed (Pro)
- Optional Pro tool to estimate line speed using the camera.
- Drag a gate line where hangers pass; the app measures time between passes and calculates BPH and birds per minute.
