描述
系統主要有操作模式如下:備援模式、綠能模式、經濟模式及節費模式。使用者可以透過應用程式遠端調整至最佳策略，並且使用者介面甚至可以顯示個別電池模組，定期推播系統資訊，自動計算儲能系統節省的電費和減少的排碳量。在市電斷電期間，入性化界面提供即時用電資訊、備援時間預估並且透過能源管理系統同步偵測市電資訊。當電力供應恢復時，應用程式立即通知使用者打開市電斷路器。
Ene-Hope不但可以協助您分析每日的能源使用模式而且可以從雲端資料庫接收每周每月的電力使用及系統資訊。清楚透明的使用者介面讓使用者可以一目了然地查看歷史資料。您可以了解當下系統是否處於充電、放電、待機及備援模式，顯示充電電流、放電功率、充電所需時間及系統操作溫度，相關的資料透過圖表顯示及時或是過去的紀錄。透過平台獲取歷史資料有助於使用者了解能源消費的習慣，藉此調整系統輸出排程，獲取更多經濟利潤。於此同時，回顧歷史資料讓用戶有機會在不可挽回的錯誤發生前，發現異常用電狀態，修正系統錯誤。
因為光寶科技重視客戶需求，研發工程團隊努力不懈地改善消費者使用滿意度並且應用程式會通知使用者去更新韌體或是軟體，為用戶帶來一流的使用者體驗。應用程式會主動推播每日摘要、軟/韌體更新通知、系統維護、電池替換建議及清洗太陽能板建議等相關訊息。每位使用者可以自行利用或是透過系統管理者註冊帳號密碼，且利用指紋辨識等的生物感測器快速登入，如果忘記密碼，可以透過已註冊的電子郵件回覆。用戶可以透過服務專線或是服務專用電子信箱獲得客戶服務，客戶服務專員會電話聯絡進行故障排除或現場排除。
