The best-in-class FlexSpec X8400 is now supported by a mobile training app. Whether you are new to the radiation detection mission or a seasoned operator, the FlexSpec X8400 Training App will take you step by step through the set-up and operation of the FlexSpec X8400, or can be used as a quick reference for that one thing you forgot how to do.
An easy-to-use menu structure enables a new operator to get familiar with the equipment and start up the hardware and software in a quick and logical sequence, getting the system mission ready in the shortest time possible. Experienced operators can use the app as a quick reference guide and access only the information they require.
Each section of the app is broken down into short, manageable segments addressing the key points of the selected topic, enabling the operator to quickly become mission ready.
The FlexSpec X8400 Training App uses screen captures from actual radiation detection events, providing for the most realistic training. Learners will see the same screens in the Training App that they will encounter with the actual equipment during real world operation.
For organizations requiring proof of operator training, the FlexSpec Training App has a built-in quiz that will generate a certificate for the operator upon successful completion. The certificate can be e-mailed to the required authority to be placed in the operator’s training records.
