Descripción
Voraussetzung für die Nutzung dieser App ist der Einsatz von GLASmatic-Software-Produkten als Basis-Programme in der Werkstatt, da nur mit diesen Programmen eine Kommunikation stattfinden kann. Hierzu zählen beispielsweise die Online-Version GLASauskunft, sowie die lokalen GLASwin-Versionen von GLASmatic.
Mit der App GLASmatic go kann der Nutzer, mobil, eine komplette Schadensakte anlegen oder bereits in der Werkstatt, im Basis-Programm, erfasste Daten in die App hochladen, so dass ihm sämtliche relevanten Daten zur Bearbeitung des Reparaturauftrags zur Verfügung stehen. Innerhalb der App kann der Nutzer nun relevante Daten vervollständigen und erfassen. Außerdem kann er direkt aus der App heraus Fotos anfertigen, sowie seinen Kunden, den Endkunden, in der App auf unterschiedlichen Auftragsformularen unterschreiben lassen. Ist die Erfassung aller relevanten Daten durch den Nutzer abgeschlossen, kann er diese durch Upload in das Basis-Programm der Werkstatt zur weiteren Verarbeitung zurück spielen.
Der Nutzer der App bleibt für die Erfassung von Fahrzeug-Glasschäden völlig flexibel. Durch die Kommunikation der App mit dem Basis-Programm, GLASauskunft oder GLASwin, kann der Nutzer auch mobil arbeiten.
