描述
Smart Building app cuts heating & energy costs using the HeatingSave smart building system. The app controls heating/cooling, lights, smart card access control, intruder management + real-time speech alerts to warn of plant and equipment failures, security breaches and intruder detection.
HeatingSave – key features:

Works on almost all types of heating and cooling systems including multiple boilers, any fuel including Biomass, ASHP and Solar PV
Heating pattern & heating diary control, avoiding heating/cooling areas are not used (weekends, holidays, areas of variable occupancy)
Heat-Loss Algorithm learns the “heat-loss profile” of each heating zone within your building to apply heating/cooling at the latest possible moment in time – later if it’s warm and earlier if it’s cold
Automatic occupancy detection; moving the temperature to a “background” when areas are not used and then quickly bringing back to temperature when they are occupied.
Smart Meter energy consumption display on the app that works with the UK Government roll-out of Smart Meters using the HAN.
Room booking system to only heat/cool areas when used. Automatic calculation of heating times/temperatures to match bookings
App allows control of multiple heating/cooling systems, in multiple sites, anywhere in the world
Solar PV management to avoid exporting excess and use in local energy stores
Management of CT/VT valves for under floor heating, control, Air Handling Units, HVAC and destratification fans.
Smart card door access control and intruder/break-in detection
Automatic Metering of energy and utilities consumption, including water. This includes costings and bill comparisons
Air quality and environmental monitoring
HeatingSave is UK Government approved by the Department of Business, Energy and Industrial strategy, the Energy Saving Trust, the Carbon Trust, and it is also OfGem CERT approved
HeatingSave is listed on the UK Governments Energy Technology List and is qualifiedly applicable when claiming Enhanced Capital Allowance for tax purposes.
