IMMOTEP offers transparent and fully accessible permit requests, allowing you to stay informed and react quickly if needed.
3D MODE
Project yourself in the Geneva of the future by activating the 3D mode! The 3D viewer allows you to have an overview of the construction sites in 3 dimensions as well as the heights of the surrounding buildings.
BUILDING PERMITS
- View detailed information on building permit applications filed in Geneva
- Receive notifications directly on your iPhone when there are changes on a file or new applications are filed
- With the parcel locator, the requests are geo-located, navigate on the interactive map to find the areas you are interested in
MONITORED AREAS
- Select the areas in the canton of Geneva that you wish to monitor and IMMOTEP will keep you informed of any activity or news
- A zone covers up to 70'000m2 and allows you to follow the requests for construction or tree cutting around your house
- Multiple zones, you can add up to 10 monitored zones to your account
TREE FELLING
- Discover detailed information about tree cutting requests in the canton of Geneva
- Receive real time notifications to stay informed of any evolution of a request
- Discover the reasons for tree cutting requests around you
