LinkZZapp mobile application was designed to help organize and simplify complicated conventional manual processes which are sometimes unnecessary.
Thus, in order to ensure that home owner could get rid of these conventional tedious and manual processes, LinkZZapp has been developed with features based on 3 main fundamental pillars which are Security, Communication and Lifestyle that will suit everyone's needs.
LinkZZapp solution targets on typical pain points prevalent in the current property infrastructure. As a result, our app users will be benefited by efficient and invaluable features as listed below.

●i-HUB: LinkZZapp provides a platform for property developer to showcase past, current or future project together with information and details of the project. Through this platform, home owner could also interact with both property and server provider.
●CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS MONITOR: This feature enables home owner to get updated on construction progress and receive progressive payment reminder from property developer.
●KEY COLLECTION: With LinkZZapp, key collection process will be a seamless experience. This feature will send notification to home owner when purchased unit are ready for vacant possession. In addition, home owner will be provided with easy-to-use appointment booking method prior to key collection.
●DEFECT MANAGEMENT: We understand that defect management can involve a bunch of paperwork and it is a very time-consuming process. Thus, LinkZZapp allows home owner to easily submit defect application with our Snap-Write-Pin-and-Send method. Not only that, this feature also remove the frustration by enabling home owner to receive progress updates from property developer as well.
●PANIC ALERT: As safety should always be put as the main priority. LinkZZapp provides a feature for app user to alert group members in any case of emergency with just a tap on the app. User’s location will be shown to group members as well to reduce response time. Even better, if it is triggered within 1KM of building radius, the guardhouse will receive the alert as well!
●INTERCOM: Since hardware integration is one of LinkZZapp specialties, this app provides one-way video call feature between the app user and guardhouse through the app. Thus, app users could communicate with security guard and yet still enjoy privacy on their personal information.
●VISITOR MANAGEMENT: With LinkZZapp, home owner could pre-register their guest and expected visitor. This feature was built to serve convenience and enhance security to app user.
●FACILITY BOOKING: LinkZZapp provides an effective solution to manage facilities booking. The app user will be able to book building’s facility remotely at any time. Even better, app user are able to make payment with regard to booking fees immediately through the payment gateway.
●BILL PAYMENT: Integrated with iPay88 payment gateway, app user could make payment immediately through the app to avoid overdue payment.
●GENERAL FEEDBACK: As feedback is the best way to improve service quality, LinkZZapp provides a feature for app user to submit feedback together with photo and description to building management. This feature will improve response efficiency and enhance living experience.
