Descrição
Ứng dụng Maywork cung cấp các tính năng cơ bản sau:
1. Chấm công điểm danh: MayWork cho phép nhân viên chấm công điểm danh thông qua điện thoại di động hoặc máy tính cá nhân.
2. Quản lý lịch làm việc: xác định thời gian bắt đầu và kết thúc ca làm việc. Các nhân viên có thể xem lịch làm việc của mình từ ứng dụng.
3. Nghỉ phép và xin phép: với Maywork, nhân viên có thể yêu cầu nghỉ phép trực tuyến thông qua ứng dụng. Họ có thể chọn loại nghỉ phép (nghỉ phép hàng ngày, nghỉ phép nửa ngày, nghỉ bù, nghỉ ốm, v.v.), nhập ngày và lí do nghỉ. Yêu cầu sẽ được gửi đến nhà quản lý để xem xét và phê duyệt.
4. Xem lịch sử chấm công và nghỉ phép: Cả nhân viên và nhà quản lý có thể xem lịch sử chấm công và nghỉ phép từ ứng dụng. Điều này giúp nhân viên kiểm tra thời gian làm việc và những khoảng thời gian nghỉ phép trước đó, cũng như giúp nhà quản lý theo dõi và kiểm tra quy trình chấm công.
5. Thông báo và cảnh báo: Maywork cung cấp chức năng thông báo để thông báo cho nhân viên về các sự kiện quan trọng như thay đổi lịch làm việc, thông báo nghỉ phép
