Περιγραφή
1. If you have concerns of personal data leakage when using cloud service, then Meerkat is the perfect App you are looking for.
2. Meerkat has fundamentally eliminated the risk of data leakage from individual cloud by utilizing advanced encryption and distributed data storage across multiple cloud services.
3. Furthermore, data is stored across multiple cloud services with redundancy. Even if one cloud service goes down or in the event of data loss, the availability of Meerkat users' data will not be affected.
4. Meerkat is ready to use by simply creating a PIN code. No user registration is required. No personal information such as e-mail address, social networking account, or phone number are collected.
5. Zero-trust is Meerkat's motto. Unlike other apps, there is no centralized server. User's data is encrypted then distributely stored in multiple cloud storages designated by the user. The cloud storages can be Meerkat Storage, or user's own storage (BYOS), e.g., iCloud, Google Drive. User's system data such as PIN code, master encryption key, double lock passwords, etc. are stored and only stored on the user's local device.
6. In addition to family and travel photos, Meerkat's real value is in preserving very private, sensitive, or valuable data, such as intimate selfies and videos, copies of passports and personal ID cards, financial information sheets, and even mnemonics of crypto assets with no stress of constantly worrying about device broken, loss or theft.
