説明
My EK è l’app pensata per aiutare le PMI Sammarinesi a gestire al meglio il proprio business in seguito al passaggio alla fatturazione elettronica. Si tratta di un nuovo strumento digitale ed innovativo per mettere in comunicazione le aziende ed i propri Commercialisti.
La missione di Kreosoft è quella di innovare il business dei nostri clienti con prodotti digitali moderni ed intuitivi, per questo abbiamo progettato My EK come soluzione che permetterà alle PMI di San Marino di gestire la propria attività in completa mobilità e in totale sicurezza, migliorando la collaborazione digitale con il proprio Commercialista.
Con l’avvento della fatturazione elettronica a San Marino cambierà il modo di rapportarsi tra le Aziende e Commercialisti, ed è per questo che nasce My EK. Abbiamo anticipato il futuro creando uno strumento che avvisa prontamente l’azienda dell’arrivo di nuove fatture e note di credito da fornitori italiani, consentendo poi di segnalare al Commercialista quali documenti dovrà lavorare e quali no. Tutto in digitale, con pochi click e senza la necessità di chiamate o spostamenti.
In home page potrai visualizzare le statistiche (da fatturazione elettronica) sul fatturato e sull’andamento dell’azienda, rimanendo sempre aggiornato sulle performance della tua impresa.
Inoltre vedrai immediatamente i documenti arrivati dai fornitori (italiani e sammarinesi) e caricati dall’Ufficio Tributario, inviandoli rapidamente al Commercialista per l’assolvimento della monofase con un semplice click. Potrai altrimenti comunicare al Commercialista che un documento che ti è stato recapitato dall’Ufficio Tributario è errato risparmiando il tempo speso in chiamate ed email.
Ogni fattura può inoltre essere scaricata o condivisa con rapidità ed efficienza.
Come attivare la MY EK?
Per avere l’app, puoi rivolgerti al tuo Studio Commerciale che utilizza il nostro software in cloud EK il quale attiverà il tuo account per utilizzare My EK con la tua azienda. Una volta attivato il tuo account, verrai guidato alla semplice procedura di registrazione via mail.
Contatta il tuo Commercialista, ti darà tutte le informazioni di cui hai bisogno.
