Con nuestra app podrás controlar todos los aspectos de tu operativa diaria desde cualquier lugar: crea, visualiza, asigna y comparte servicios, gestiona tu equipo y cumple con la normativa legal, todo desde una sola plataforma.
Funcionalidades principales:
Gestión de Transfers
Crea y organiza servicios de llegadas, salidas, traslados y disposiciones. Asigna conductores y vehículos, adjunta vuelos, número de pasajeros, observa el estado y sigue el progreso del servicio en tiempo real.
Diario de Transfers
Visualiza todos los servicios de cada día ordenados por hora. Filtra por fecha, conductor, estado o proveedor. Accede rápidamente a los detalles o comparte servicios con otras empresas gracias a la función de "Amigos".
Histórico y Reportes
Accede a todos los transfers del sistema agrupados por proveedor, conductor o fecha. Exporta fácilmente en PDF o Excel y consulta el importe generado por cada conductor.
Control Horario Legal
Registro de jornada homologado para conductores. Guarda entradas y salidas diarias cumpliendo con la normativa vigente.
Estadísticas en Gráficas
Visualiza el rendimiento de tu empresa con datos agregados por conductor, proveedor o periodo.
Gestión de Usuarios y Roles
Administra fácilmente conductores, proveedores, vehículos y usuarios. Define roles como Admin, Conductor, Proveedor o Revisor, cada uno con sus propios permisos.
Acciones sobre Transfers
Comunica servicios al Ministerio de Fomento, genera contratos y hojas de ruta legales, imprime carteles, comparte por WhatsApp, inicia/finaliza servicios, duplícalos o elimínalos.
