Con OnMyWay tus proveedores te informarán cuando tus pedidos llegarán a tu domicilio, así podrás planificarte mejor y aprovechar tu tiempo.
(Si tu proveedor no trabaja aún con OnMyWay, pídele que se modernice y que se contacte con www.OnMyWay.cl)
Una vez que descargues la App y te registres podrás:
- Saber la hora estimada de llegada de tus proveedores una vez que la entrega se planifique.
- Cuando el vehículo esté cerca serás notificado y podrás seguirlo en un mapa.
- En caso de algún inconveniente, serás notificado, pudiendo comunicarte directamente con tu proveedor.
- Ver datos de la persona y el vehículo que harán la entrega.
- Podrás subir una foto de la fachada de tu local o casa para ayudar al transportista a encontrarte.
- Podrás evaluar la entrega e incluso agregar un comentario para que tus proveedores mejoren su servicio.
Para utilizar esta app, necesitas que alguno de tus proveedores te inscriba como usuario y te entregue un código de acceso.
