描述
Le mappe catastali sono visualizzate su una base cartografica Open Street Map o, in alternativa, su immagine satellitare.
Le informazioni vengono restituite all'utente nella forma più omogenea possibile, mantenendo la struttura in foglio, particella, subalterno.
Le funzionalità di ricerca per indirizzo e per particella, e la geolocalizzazione mediante dispositivo GPS, consentono di individuare il punto desiderato e di interrogare il servizio prescelto.
Caratteristiche:
- punto di accesso unico per la consultazione dei dati catastali erogati dai servizi online regionali e nazionali;
- visualizzazione su mappa;
- strumenti di ricerca omogenei per indirizzo e per comune / foglio / particella;
- visualizzazione con un click sulla mappa, delle informazioni associate ad una particella;
- geolocalizzazione, in modo da individuare in quale particella catastale ci si trova al momento della consultazione delle informazioni.
Il progetto Opencatasto nasce per cogliere le opportunità offerte dagli open data, ovvero la possibilità di realizzare nuovi prodotti e servizi mediante il riuso dei dati derivanti dal processo di apertura della Pubblica Amministrazione.
In particolare, per i dati catastali, l’affermarsi dei servizi online di erogazione di cartografia rappresenta un’opportunità per realizzare progetti che si propongono di raccogliere ed aggregare i dati di ogni regione, di restituirli in forma omogenea per tutto il territorio nazionale, e di renderli fruibili mediante apposite funzionalità semplici e alla portata di tutti.
I geo-portali che erogano dati catastali in formato WMS/WFS sono di fatto fruibili solo da chi ha conoscenze specifiche di webgis e di protocolli OGC.
Opencatasto vuol essere invece una piattaforma abilitante (virtual workspace) per i geo-opendata catastali, che consenta a tutti tramite web o mobile app di consultare i dati catastali geografici.
