The new Outpost mobile app is now available!

Technicians are often tasked with data collection, and it's vital that the information be accurate, complete, on time, and consistent. The pressure to collect accurate data for compliance and audits is even higher for regulated industries, such as oil and gas, energy, and logistics.

Improve first-visit resolution by arming employees with the best-in-class mobile solution. Built to be offline, Outpost presents information in a clean and intuitive user interface enabling your workforce with the latest information they need to easily complete every job accurately and on time.

With your employees now able to easily complete tasks, critical job data is automatically synced with the back office in real-time, allowing office staff to quickly track the status of every job and the live location of field staff. Both operations and support are streamlined with just-in-time job management ensuring minimal downtime and increased on-site efficiency.

FULLY CUSTOMIZABLE
Build inspections, audits, checklists, timesheets, or other custom forms and deliver them where and when needed.

OFFLINE DATA CAPTURE
Collect data in the most remote locations, even without an Internet connection. Forms will automatically save locally and auto-sync data when an Internet connection is available.

AUTOMATED REPORT & DATA DELIVERY
Map your existing report templates directly to Outpost forms. Automatically guide your workforce through to job completion.

IMAGE CAPTURE WITH ANNOTATIONS & DRAWINGS
Capture photos from your camera or photo library and auto-associate them to GPS locations. Markup and annotate images to identify and call out issues captured during your inspections.

GEO-TAGGING, TIME & DATE STAMPS
‍Tag data elements with latitude/longitude coordinates and timestamps to identify where and when data was collected. Leverage location-based workflow to coordinate just-in-time operations.

DISPATCH WITH DYNAMIC WORKFLOWS & INTEGRATIONS
Configure forms to enforce compliance and safety checks automatically. Present only the relevant form questions to simplify data entry using hide-and-show rules. Utilize embedded formulas for scoring and advanced calculations.

SLIP/TRIP/FALL DETECTION
Track the location and status of your crew in real-time to dispatch ERT/help immediately and to the right spot when there is a slip, trip, or fall.

REAL-TIME SAFETY ALERTS
Send safety alerts to operators and in-field connected workers in case we detect the workers' extreme level of fatigue calculated by our algorithms using the data provided by HealthKit to prevent work accidents and workers' health hazards.
